Can I still get the first issue of Cocoa Girl?

Yes it is still available.

 

How do I change my address?

The best way to change your address is to log into your account. If you have forgotten your password you can email admin@thecocoadream.com please include your full details along with your customer number.

 

What is my customer number?

The customer number is the number given to you when you placed an order.

 

Can I request a refund?

If you would like a refund please contact us within the first 14 days of placing your order.

We do not issue refunds if you have accidentally ordered the wrong magazine or have given us the wrong address.

 

Will you confirm my order?

We will send a confirmation email within 2 hours of placing an order. If we have not received a confirmation email you need to send a message to admin@thecocoadream.com and we will send you an order receipt.

 

How long does it take for magazines to be delivered?

It takes between 7-10 working days for your magazines to be delivered. If you live outside of the UK it may take between 2 -6 weeks for delivery. Please expect slight delays due to COVID-19

 

I am having trouble logging into my account what should I do?
